I booked two rooms for one night ie 012/02/2020. Rooms were in first floor and can be rated good. Property is very good. Location is also very good. Prime location. Only negative point is impolite behaviour of front staff. They never spoke politely, don’t know “why”. They require proper training.

We took 3 bed Room which is very spacious .linen is good. Wash Room is small,need some redoing.Hotel is in city center and Airport is just 10 min drive.All sight seeing places are just 10 min drive and Auto will cost max 50rs.Food is Good in restaurant.complimentary breakfast is limited .

It is bang in the center of the city. Close to Atms and shops. They don't have WiFi. And the airtel data we had sucked. But these people compensate it nicely with their friendliness. They have window acs in their rooms which made so much noise that I couldn't sleep well. But the breakfast they provide sort of made it up.

The AC didn't work, the bathrooms are a shame and the building is old and not maintained at all..Very bad experience and the only good thing about this hotel is the staff in the restaurant who was really courteous and made us feel warm and welcomed

Worst Ever Experienced of Hotel Stay.

I aongwith my 5 family members took 2 Rooms from 19.03.2019 to 23.03.2019. The Hotel stay was worst ever experience. There was no Tea Kettle, Dental Kit, Slippers in the Room. The sanitary fittings were quite old. The taps and cistern were leaking. On top of it, there is no variety in Breakfast, even the basic milk and cornflakes were not there. The boiled eggs which were served were seems to be boiled a day before as the yolk become blue. I could not change the hotel, since all the days we were quite tieup with our travel schedule like going to Baratang, Jolly Bouy island etc. We will not suggest anybody to stay in that hotel
